Improve Performance for a MINI Cooper SOne of the most common questions we get everyday from Cooper "S" owners is, "what can I do to make my MINI faster and which performance modification should I do first? Here is my reply. Assuming that your vehicle is showroom stock there are two areas where your car can see the most benefit as far as performance upgrades. These include the intake system and the exhaust system. The modifications that I'm about to recommend are relatively inexpensive, when comparing them to the more serious modifications, that require engine disassembly.
