It is powered directly by your BMW or MINI so there are no batteries that need to be replaced. Quick and easy do-it-yourself installation takes about 30 minutes and can be easily uninstalled when selling or trading-in your current vehicle. A simple double flash of your high beams activates the transmitter, which sends the signal to your garage door opener and opens or closes the garage door. Works with virtually any garage door opener manufactured since 1982 and you can use up to seven different transmitters per receiver so all of your vehicles can make use of this technology. Further security is ensured by a rolling code feature.
