Shopping InfoWarrantyIt is the intention of PROMINI, Inc. to sell only quality products. PROMINI, Inc. warranty is to the original purchaser for one year against defects in manufacturing or materials. PROMINI's only obligation is to replace or repair a warranty item; refunds will not be given. Prior to a warranty claim, PROMINI must receive a copy of the original purchase invoice. PROMINI or the product manufacturer will inspect and or test a product prior to a warranty claim adjustment. Simply returning the product to PROMINI does not guaranty adjustment. PROMINI's warranty is not obligated to normal wear, incorrect installation, modification, abuse, accidents, race components, shipping, labor or installation costs, sequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by PROMINI, Inc. or independent reseller. All legal actions will take place in county of Smith, city of Tyler, and state of Texas. All fees are the responsibility of client. All technical and non-technical information is believed accurate; PROMINI, Inc. does not accept any responsibility or liability for harm resulting there from. After installation installer and or user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith. Unfortunately, PROMINI cannot accept any electrical and or fuel injection components, special order or close out items, or items that have already been installed on a vehicle for refund or exchange, so please check with PROMINI concerning any application and fit questions prior to installation. Prices & FeesPrices: All prices do not include shipping and handling. All itmes are subject to prior sale, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. If there is an out of stock condition or a price increase, you will be notified before your order ships. PROMINI is not responsible for any typographical errors. Handling Fees: An additional fee of $3.00 will be added to all orders. There is no minimum order amount. TaxesOutside the United States: You are responible for any taxes. If PROMINI is charged for any tarriff, tax, fee, or duty you will be billed for that amount on your card, or account. U.S. taxes: There are no taxes applicable, however if tax laws change we will collect any required taxes. State of Texas sales tax: Shipments within Texas will be charged sales tax on all merchandise and freight. If the purchase is for resale purposes we must have resale information on file at the time of shipment. PROMINI requires a photocopy of your business license and/or resale permit from the state in which you are doing business as well as a business card. No wholesale refunds on orders processed prior to receiving business license. Methods of PaymentPROMINI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa/MC check cards as forms of payment. If paying by credit card, these charges will appear on your billing statement as BMP design, Inc. Another form of payment is direct wire transfer to PROMINI account in U.S. dollars. You will need to provide your fax number or e-mail address in order to receive wiring instructions. For orders within the United States, other forms of payment include, U.S. Postal money order or personal check with driver's license number and date of birth included. PROMINI no longer ships C.O.D. Shipping InformationGeneral: Size, weight, and destination may restrict the type of shipping service PROMINI utilizes. PROMINI ships parcels via UPS ground, Federal Express (Next day, Two day, and Express Saver services) and USPS. Oversized packages will be shipped Motor Freight or Sea Freight. Shipping cost is assessed according to size, weight, destination and type of service. Not included in the cost of international shipping fees are import duties, taxes and or fees where applicable; those duties, taxes and fees are assessed by the carrier and are the responsibility of the receiver at the time of delivery. Shipping addresses must match the billing address for credit card purchases. To ship to an alternate shipping address see below. Alternate shipping address: (For U.S. addresses only) PROMINI's company policy is to ship to the billing address of your credit card statement. This means that the shipping address must match the mailing address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. This is a means of preventing credit card fraud. PROMINI realizes that it is often inconvenient to have your parcel sent to the statement address. As a courtesy to our customers, upon completion of the alternate address form, PROMINI will ship to your place of employment as an alternative address. If your billing address is a U.S. Post Office box you may fill out the same alternate address form if you would like to ship either to your physical home address or to your place of employment. The alternate address form is a one-time process not required for future orders. Signature required: Adult signature required. A signature acknowledging receipt will be required upon delivery. If the carrier is unable to secure a signature the package will be returned to the local terminal. A note will be left at your door letting you know an attempt was made and providing instructions on how and where you can pick up the package yourself. The carrier will make two additional attempts to deliver the package the following days. If no signature is available on or after these attempts the package will be considered undeliverable and will be returned to PROMINI. At this point your account will be credited for items ordered and charged for freight expenditures from PROMINI to you and for the return freight expenses. Special Orders: Special orders must be paid in full, in advance. Payments are non-refundable. If the special order is a European order the price charged at the time of the order will be approximate based upon the current exchange rate that day. Shipping charges and any special handling charges will be added to the price of the part. APO & FPO shipments: All orders outside the U.S. will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Payment may be by credit card, U.S. Postal money order or direct wire transfer to the PROMINI account in U.S. dollars. Back OrdersPROMINI currently averages a 95% fill rate with all its orders. PROMINI tries to maintain a complete inventory of all items; however, our enormous inventory of parts moves quickly and we do run short at times. Please indicate on the order form your preference in the unlikely event that an item or items are found to be out of stock. Your choices are:
Receipt of ProductAlways inspect your parcel carefully upon receipt. PROMINI packages your parcel so that the possibility of damage is unlikely. However, sometimes damage does occur that even our packaging won't protect. If damage is discovered, don't panic, the damaged item will be replaced. Follow these simple steps. First, notify the delivery person at the time of delivery if possible. Secondly, do not discard the parcel box, packing material or broken item. Thirdly, contact PROMINI customer service with your invoice number for item replacement. PROMINI will file a damage claim with the parcel carrier at that time. PROMINI is not responsible for a damaged item after 2 weeks from date of receipt. Core ReturnsPROMINI allows you 2 months to return any cores for products that require core returns. Include your invoice copy and label the box "CORE RETURN". The core must be complete and in rebuild able condition. We will not accept cores returned C.O.D. Personal InformationWe do NOT sell or release your information to third parties. This includes, but isn't limited to, email addresses, credit card information, mailing address, and other demographics. |
